29 CFR 1926.304(i)(1): Each circular hand-fed ripsaw was not guarded by a hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut. a) Worksite - Employee was using a 8 1/4" inch DeWalt Table Saw to rip cut wainscoting panels. The guard was removed from the saw, exposing a 1 3/4" portion of the blade; on or about 6/23/16. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
