29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: A.) DDP Roofing Services, Inc., 1320 East Grandview Blvd., Erie, PA, on or about August 17, 2017 and times prior thereto: Employees performing roofing activities were exposed to a fall hazard of 19.2-feet when working outside of the warning line system. Employees were not utilizing other means or methods of fall protection when working outside of the warning line system. DDP Roofing Services, Inc.; a Subsidiary of DDP Group, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1097138, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 16, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 225 Washington Street, Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. DDP Roofing Services Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 942316, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 3, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 255 Northland Center, State College, Pennsylvania.
