29 CFR 1910.266(h)(5)(viii): The yarding machine or vehicle, including its load, was not operated with safe clearance from all obstructions that may create a hazard for an employee. (a) Jobsite- PA Turnpike: On or about August 14, 2017, an employee operating Grapple Log Skidder did not have safe clearance from all obstructions such as but not limited to logging debris (wood) and had limited clearance space on the skid road to operate the machine.
