OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by falling steel storage racks, including any products stored on the racks. Location - 344 Boston Post Road East, Marlborough, MA 01752. On or about August 18, 2017, employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by a "RIDG-U-RAK" rack system used in the warehouse that is not anchored to the floor to prevent it from being displaced or falling over and is missing base plates.
