29 CFR 1910.29(f)(4): Opening in a stair rail system exceeded 19 inches (48 cm) at its least dimension: At 1500 Ardagh Group Drive, St. Louis, MO 63070, specifically inside of the Maintenance Department, the metal flight of stairs, 12 risers high, with two open sides, were not equipped with an intermediate rails. The distance between the top rail and the tread measured approximately 32 inches. This violation was observed on 08/15/17.
