29 CFR 1910.27(a): Scaffolds used in general industry did not meet the requirements in 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L (Scaffolds): a) Blob Tower - The frames of a fabricated frame scaffold used by employees as part of a water attraction did not bear on base plates [construction reference 1926.451(c)(2)], on or about August 9, 2017. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
