29 CFR 1910.145(c)(2)(i): Caution signs were not used to warn against potential hazards or to caution against unsafe practices: a) Chemical room, near eyewash: On or about August 8, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to burn hazards from unmarked hot steel pipes for the Clean-In-Place supply system. b) Chemical room, near eyewash: On or about August 8, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to burn hazards from unmarked hot steel pipes for the Clean-In-Place return system. c) Chemical room: On or about August 8, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to burn hazards from unmarked hot steel tanks of the CIP Processing Unit against the west wall. d) Chemical room: On or about August 8, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to burn hazards from hot steam rising from a disposal pipe used for sanitation.
