29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. On or about 8/8/2017 in the production areas at 1 Wingfoot Way NE, Social Circle, Georgia, employees were exposed to a slip hazard from water accumulating on the floor of working and walking surfaces. Methods used by the employer to keep the area clean and dry were not sufficient. The Employer failed to maintain the work area in a dry condition for the employees working and walking in the area.
