OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(A)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized crushed-by hazards that were causing or were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees: On or about July 27, 2017 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to crushed-by hazards while operating a forklift that was not equipped with a safety belt.
