29 CFR 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, fire, explosion or pest harborage: Goodwill of North Georgia in Oakwood GA: Clothing bails were piled high, 3 bales on top of one another approximately 7.5 ft in height. Donations were also piled in front of the bales of clothing without any way to prevent the items from falling on employees passing by.
