29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: a) Located at Eastern Metal Recycling, 143 Harding Ave, Bellmawr, NJ: On or about 7/20/2017, an employee was operating a piece of equipment (at the front street location), when the equipment bounced catching the employees hand between the equipment and the metal structure to the conveyor system, fracturing the right hand. The incident led to the hospitalization of the employee. The employer reported the hospitalization to OSHA on 7/24/2017, not within the required 24 hours.
