29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean condition. On or about 7/17/17 at the web saw and block saw area, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards by failing to insure that the dust that collects on the floors were cleaned. Samples taken of the sawdust were identified to be combustible.
