29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables shall be protected from damage, sharp corners and projections, or pinch points. Location: 45 Pleasant St., Woburn, MA (Woburn Public Library) On or about July 11, 2017, flexible cords used for temporary power were not protected from sharp corners, projections, or pinch points. Or in the alternative: 29 CFR 1926.405(g)(1)(iii)(C): Flexible cords and cables are prohibited from being used through doorways, windows, or similar openings except where permitted in paragraph (a)(2)(ii)(1) of this section. Location: 45 Pleasant St., Woburn, MA (Woburn Public Library) On or about July 11, 2017, flexible cords used for temporary power were not prohibited from being run through doorways.
