29 CFR 1910.269(g)(2)(iv)(A): Work-positioning equipment shall be inspected before use each day to determine that the equipment is in safe working condition. Work-positioning equipment that is not in safe working condition may not be used. Note to paragraph (g)(2)(iv)(A): (a) Jobsite, 319 Gates Road, Fallentimber, PA- On or about June 7, 2017, employees did not inspect their work-positioning equipment such as but not limited to their lifelines, ropes, and knots.
