29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: a) Worksite was located at 125 County Road, Jersey City, NJ 07307 An employee was exposed to struck by hazards as the intermodal container he was hauling in the yard was not secured to the trailer causing the container to fall off of the trailer while in transit. Violation occurred on or about July 8th, 2017.
