29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. Distribution Center: On July 3rd, 2017 the employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of one employee as a result of a work related incident within twenty-four (24) hours. The employee was hospitalized on July 3, 2017 and OSHA was notified via complaint (not via the employer) on July 4, 2017.
