29 CFR 1926.960(c)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that employees would not approach or take any conductive object closer to exposed energized parts than the employer's established minimum approach distance, unless the measures outlined in 1926.960(c)(1)(iii)(A) - (C) were met: a. At 17549 and 17557 Oriole Rd, Fort Myers Florida, where a power pole replacement and a switch installation was conducted, employees were exposed to overhead power lines during label installation on the power pole, in that, the label installation was conducted after blankets and insulating tubes were removed, on or about 06/28/2017.
