29 CFR 1910.266(h)(1)(vi): Each danger tree was not felled, removed or avoided: (a) Arkley Spring Bottom: On June 21, 2017, two employees were working in close proximity to a danger tree containing a dead limb. The limb, measuring approximately 6 inches wide and 15 to 20 feet in length, fell and struck one of the employees, causing fatal injuries.
