29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not de-energized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: (a) On or about June 19, 2017, an employee engaged in tree removal was killed when a tree branch stuck an unguarded 7,200 volt overhead line and became energized, resulting in an electrocution.
