29 CFR 1910.178(q)(6): Powered industrial trucks were altered so that the relative positions of the various parts were different from what they were when originally received from the manufacturer, by the addition of extra parts not provided by the manufacturer, or by the elimination of any parts without the manufacturer's approval: (a) Caterpillar Forklift Truck No. B194953 had been altered in that the seat belt had been positioned behind the seat and had been fastened in that position. This powered industrial truck was observed being operated in this altered condition on or about September 14, 2017.
