29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vii): Unauthorized personnel shall not be permitted to ride on powered industrial trucks. A safe place to ride shall be provided where riding of trucks is authorized. a) 315 S. Harrison St East Orange, NJ (Lotus 315 Project) On or about 06 June 2017 and at times prior thereto, workers were transported throughout the worksite while standing on the forks of the telehandler; employees were there by exposed to fall hazards and being thrown from the forklift.
