29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. a) 31 West Ridge Pike Limerick, PA, Roof, Parapet wall top: On or about June 15, 2017, an employee was performing roofing work while sitting upon a parapet wall , approximately 30 feet above grade, without utilizing any means of fall protection. b) 31 West Ridge Pike Limerick, PA, Roof: On or about June 15, 2017, employees were performing roofing work approximately 20 feet above grade, where equipment and materials were staged along a parapet wall with total heights above the walking/working surface of less than 36 inches, without utilizing any means of fall protection.
