29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions were not immediately repaired or properly guarded before an employee used the walking-working surface. On or about June 14, 2017, at the beamline conveyor/rack system, the employees will walk across rollers and alongside rollers an elevated rack/conveyor system to perform their daily job duties. Their job entails such task as hooking up beams or scanning the beams. Employees exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 40 inches. In the alternative: 29 CFR 1910.22(c): (c) Access and egress. The employer must provide, and ensure each employee uses, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces.
