29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided. (a)Fenix Production and Maintenance, LLC @ 7100 W. 52nd Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57106: On and prior to June 13, 2017, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in re-roofing activities while working at the unprotected edges on a single-family home. Employees were not utilizing a fall protective system. The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
