29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident. On or about June 3, 2017 an incident happened at 5300 Winder Highway, Braselton, Georgia where an employee was struck by a motorcycle and died from blunt force trauma to the head. The employer failed to report the workplace fatality to OSHA.
