29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms and walking-working surfaces were not kept clean, orderly and in sanitary condition. Employees are exposed to a tripping hazards when having to walk around 55 gallon drums of ammunition in order to get to their stations. Located in building #4, there are 55 gallon drums placed everywhere there is space available, employees have to walk on pallets in order to get to their stations. The warehouse has many 55 gallon drums that the forklift can barely maneuver around without hitting one of the drums.
