29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: a) On or about 6/2/2017 at 13108 Waterford Run Drive, Riverview, FL 33569, an employee suffered work related injuries and was hospitalized for surgery. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on 6/2/2017 around 8:00pm. The employer notified OSHA on 6/4/2017 at 5:42pm of the in-patient hospitalization.
