29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(B): Additional retraining was not provided whenever the employer has reason to believe, that there are deviations from or inadequacies in the employee's knowledge or use of the energy control procedures: (a) Facility: On or about May 22, 2017, while working on a piece of equipment (Bell-Mark Printer) two maintenance employees demonstrated a lack of knowledge and understanding of OSHA's lockout/tagout standard, by not removing the operator from the area of the machine. These two maintenance employees need to be retrained in the OSHA lockout/tagout standard.
