29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) Planer Mill (Elevated walkway at planer infeed); On or about May 31, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards in that employees were required to use an elevated walkway where there was an accumulation of debris and scrap machine parts present. b) Planer Mill (Elevated walkway to sorter); On or about May 31, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards in that employees were required to use an elevated walkway where there was an accumulation of debris and scrap machine parts present. c) Planer Mill (Walkway and access steps to stacker); On or about May 31, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards in that employees were required to access the stacker platform using a staircase where scrap lumber was located in front of and on the stairs.
