OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: Well site: On or about May 29, 2017, employees operating a drilling rig during the drilling of an oil/gas well worked with and around the unsecured high pressure drilling mud lines. This exposed the employees to the hazard of being struck by the lines and drilling mud in the event of a line failure.
