29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: At 687 Fee Fee Road, Maryland Heights, MO, specifically inside of the Maintenance Department, employee(s) manually poured water into battery cells used to power fork trucks to include, but not limited to, the Yale Fork Truck, m/n ERP030TGN36TE082, s/n E807N04109Z. Employee(s) were not provided with a suitably chemical resistant apron to protect against acid burns. This violation was observed on 05/25/17.
