29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about June 1, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 9 feet. The employees were performing roofing activities on a residential home located at 1122 Clark, Wadsworth, Ohio 44281. The employees were working on all areas of the roof without using any form of fall protection. Lindsey Construction & Design Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 583739, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/20/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 227 Ferguson Ave., Tallmadge, Ohio 44278. Lindsey Construction & Design Inc.. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1072811, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/24/15, with respect to a workplace located at 5001 Ridge Rd., Wadsworth, Ohio 44281.
