29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(i): The employer failed to ensure rigging equipment had permanently affixed and legible identification markings as prescribed by the manufacturer that indicate the recommended safe working load: a) Culvert Install Site: On or about May 05, 2017 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while using an unmarked spreader bar to lower the jack and bore machine and rails into the excavation.
