29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) Facility, 717 1st Avenue, Ford City, PA: On or about May 1, 2017 the sprocket wheels and chains on the conveyor system positioned between the sanders were not enclosed. An employee was removing pieces from the conveyor and sustained lacerations and fractures to fingers on their right hand when they got caught in the chain.
