29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exits routes were not maintained to provide free and unobstructed access. 1) Facility door near Sorting Area, northern side of the building near the loading dock: The exit route was not maintained free from obstructions. Equipment, materials, laundry carts and a powered industrial truck in the facility were kept in the exit route. 2) Facility door near the main entrance on the southern side of the building: The exit route was not maintained free from obstructions. Condition observed on/about 08 May 2017.
