29 CFR 1910.213(a)(12): The portion of circular saw(s) beneath or behind the table, where there was a possibility of contact with the saw, was not covered with a guard or exhaust hood: Specialty factory area, front end of the shop: On or about May 4, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a caught by hazard, while using an Altendorf Saw that did not have a guard to protect the employees from the rotating blade.
