29 CFR 1910.22(c): Access and egress: The employer did not provide, and did not ensure each employee used a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. On or about 1 May 2017 and at times prior thereto, employees performing box making activities traverse across conveyor rollers, both powered and gravity fed, on plates that are approximately 6 inches wide to their places of work, exposing employees to the hazards of falling or being caught in the rollers.
