(b) In Sub-Arc Welding area of Bay 21, on the West Wall just south of a fire exit, a burner stand and storage rack were located in front of the 480 Volt Heating Circuit cabinet, limiting the depth of working space in front of the Heating Circuit cabinet to approximately 20.0 inches, which was less than the required depth of 36 inches (or 30 inches for installations built prior to 4/16/1981). (c) In NE corner of Station 1 Wire Arc Welding area of Bay 21, a Miller Welder was located in front of the 460 Volt DISC. EE52-1 (feeds Weld Receptacle) and the 460 Volt DISC. EE52-2 (feeds 30A Receptacle), limiting the depth of working space in front of these disconnects to approximately 24.0 inches, which was less than the required depth of 36 inches (or 30 inches for installations built prior to 4/16/1981). (d) In NE corner of Station 2 Wire Arc Welding area of Bay 21, a Miller Welder was located in front of the 460 Volt DISC. EE51-1 (feeds Weld Receptacle) and the 460 Volt DISC. EE51-2 (feeds 30A Receptacle), limiting the depth of working space in front of these disconnects to approximately 28.0 inches, which was less than the required depth of 36 inches (or 30 inches for installations built prior to 4/16/1981).
