29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained in a safe condition: (a) Loading Dock Ramp - On or about April 28, 2017, the employer did not protect employees from a tripping hazard when conducting mail delivery operations, in that their walking path, near the top of the ramp is raised up 7/8 inches. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
