OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to fall hazards while climbing to the tops of Tufting machines to replace plungers: a) On or about 04/26/2017 - Yardage department, operators are required to access machines such as, but not limited to, Tufting machine no. 27 that is not equipped with a ladder or platform to access the tops of the machine exposing them to falls of approximately 7 feet.
