29 CFR 1926.952(a)(2): The employer did not ensure the employee in charge conducted a job briefing that met paragraphs (b), (c), and (d) of this section with the employees involved before they started each job. a) On or about/before 04/25/2017, pre-job briefings were not held prior to work being done on electrical lines energized at 14.4kV. Hazards of the work to be done was not discussed with the employees engaged in the work, nor was the scope of work or work procedures discussed with all employees engaged in the work.
