29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition: The employer is failing to protect employees from slips, trips, and falls while working in the hotsy room. This most recently occurred on April 25, 2017 at the facility located at 4200 S. 121st Plaza, Omaha, NE 68137. The employer is exposing employees to messy and slippery conditions in the hotsy room when using a hot water pressure washer to rinse window applicator and excess glue off machine parts.
