29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On 4/24/2017, employees from Pablo Pena Roofing, LLC were installing shingles on a roof of a residential building located at 6165 Arbor Green Drive in St. Louis MO. The crew lead and an employee were not wearing eye protection while using pneumatic nail guns. Pablo Pena Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926. 102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1162333, Citation 1, Item 1, issued on 9/01/2016, and became Final Order on 10/13/2016 with respect to a workplace located at 7 North Belleville, Freeburg, IL.
