29 CFR 1910.176(a): Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked: a) Aisle Near Battery Change Area - Employees walking through or disposing of roll cores, scrap paper or roll wrappers were exposed to a struck-by hazard from sharing an aisle with a forklift and not differentiating between forklift and personnel aisle ways, on or about April 5th, 2017. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
