Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees exposed to hazards posed by vehicular traffic and pedestrian traffic sharing the same travel routes: On or about April 19, 2017 and times prior thereto, at the granulation plant, the employer had not set up a policy or procedure for employees exposed to struck-by hazards when accessing parking lots.
