Location: 1604 Broadway Ave On or about 04/10/17 a) Employees were walking on and working on the steel beams of a demolished floor without using fall protection. On or about 04/11/17 and 04/12/17 b) Employees walking on steel beams and removing debris on the edges of the demolished floor without using fall protection.
