29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Woodward Terrace duplex: On or about April 8, 2017, and at times prior, four or more workers without personal fall protection were exposed to fall hazards while engaged in framing work near a stairwell opening approximately ten feet above the next lower level. b) Woodward Terrace duplex: On or about April 7, 2017, and at times prior, four or more workers without personal fall protection were exposed to fall hazards while performing leading edge sheathing work over the first-level floor joists approximately ten feet above the next lower level.
