29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. a) Southeast Roof: On or about April 4, 2017 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 28 feet to the concrete floor below when frequent and regular inspections were not conducted to ensure that employees were continuously connected to fall protection equipment.
