29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): 29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: (a) Jobsite - On or about April 05, 2017 a 49 inch high open 6 tread stairway used by employees to enter a storage trailer did not have stairrail on the left side of stairs.
