29 CFR 1910.243(a)(1)(i): Portable power driven circular saw(s) having a blade diameter greater than two inches were not equipped with guard(s) above and below the base plate or shoe. The upper guard did not cover the saw to the depth of the teeth. Door Frame Assembly Area: On or about March 24, 2017, employees were exposed to amputation hazards while operating a hand held Milwaukee Skill Saw without the guard properly in place.
